RE: WLI Travel Values - received unauthorized charges

to whom it concerns
i have been robbed of my credit card number by wli travel values also. i ordered two program disks last november and beginning in january 6.00/monthly was taken from my account untill idiscovered this 5 days ago.

i called their customer service number after finding information on web sites like yours that i not only didn't authorize this but i never received anything from them for there charges. they agreed to refund the charges and credit my visa which has been done as of this am.
